Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) is a leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to developing the skills of untapped talent from
historically underrepresented communities through partnerships with organizations dedicated to diversifying their workforce. The WOS model is unique among U.S. organizations. WOS combines all aspects of the new employee lifecycle to ensure all its participants are successful. We attribute our hands-on approach as being a large driver of our success as well as the success of those who have completed our programs. Our process is holistic; we work with our corporate partners and participants throughout the entire training and employment process.
WOS will recruit, select, train, and employ candidates based on a profile of your company’s choosing. The WOS Framework candidates have degrees or equivalent experience and more importantly the passion, drive, and dedication to be solid long-lasting additions to your team. The program participants will be recruited by WOS and through interviews and discussions with your company, applicants will be selected for the program. The program is all-inclusive, including any needed technical and WOS’s interpersonal skills training.
