    The SmartConnect webinar was very informative, along with the information emailed to me to give to our employees. I love that we have a resource that our employees who are nearing retirement can turn to. Our Account Manager was also very kind and helpful!

    Ryan, my Smartmatch agent was very informative. His communication was clear and he made Medicare easy to understand. Also, the Medicare 101 handbook made learning about Medicare and its various options much easier to navigate and understand compared to Medicare.gov.

    My rep was very patient, explained all of my options, and asked me questions to help me pick the best plan for me. We were on the phone for 2 hours and he never got frustrated with me. He was very knowledgeable, polite and so very helpful. Thank you. PS I have already sent a person to Smartmatch and she said she was treated the same way and thanked me for passing on your phone number and contact information. She signed up as well.

    This was the most incredible customer experience I have ever had. Lee Gibbons was exceptional. He should be cloned. I would give him a 10++++. You should be very proud. My goodness. I am still amazed at the quality of the interaction and the insights that Lee provided.

    What I expected was a high pressure sale and it was NOT. My rep listened, he gave me guidance and options, and answered my questions. It was a great experience and I plan to reach out to him when Medicare is in my future. I would definitely recommend the consultation/service. Knowledge is power. You hear so many ‘tales’ from friends, and although they mean well, some don’t know what they’re talking about.

    I couldn't have asked for a better experience in helping me set up Medicare benefits. The customer service representative who assisted me was friendly, very knowledgeable, took time to explain all the parts and plans, and helped me choose the best options to fit my needs. Having the same customer service representative through several communications made the process easy and efficient.
