When students and employees are returning to school and needing to pump, we want to make sure they have access to a safe and private space where they can focus on pumping and their self-care. We also want them to access quality lactation supplies to improve their pumping experience. Ultimately, we know that if students’ and employees' well-being is met, they will succeed in their classes and careers, and providing the Kin program and Medela lactation supplies is one way we can support their well-being.

Offering new parents access to round-the-clock experts for questions about their baby has been a great addition to our benefits package. We've seen an increase in engagement from our employees as they get ready to go out on parental leave, which makes it easier for us to support them through their journey as new parents.

Our employees love the benefits we now offer new parents through Medela’s program, and we love that it is flexible and comprehensive. Being able to offer the lightweight Freestyle Flex pump for our employees who work away from the office has been wonderful. It allows us to do something for all pumping employees, regardless of where they spend their time on the job.
