Inclusivv provides the content, training and technology to bring people together for small group peer-to-peer dialogues in a way that mitigates risk, saves time and resources, captures valuable insights, and creates a more inclusive culture.

Inclusivv offers companies a way to build belonging and inclusion through peer-to-peer dialogue. Organizations can choose from two core offerings. First is the Inclusivv Membership that provides access to monthly community conversations hosted by the Inclusivv team that take people on a shared learning journey with the ability to reflect, share key learnings and take meaningful action. The other option is the DIY program that allows organizations to equip their team leaders with the skills and content to engage their team members in courageous conversations, in real time. With access to the full library of 60+ topics and essential host training, any leader can feel confident they can engage in meaningful dialogue on difficult topics when the moment arises.
