HOW DOES IT WORK?
With HR Monitor you can send scheduled measurements with 9 questions up to 12 times a year to all employees.


Choose from our 500 questions, 8 multiple choice questions and one open-ended question. You can also add your own questions.


The categories include client relations, job satisfaction, empowerment, support from managers, high standards, long-term orientation, enthusiasm, commitment, and respect and training and development.


The questions are formulated as statements and employees put their level of agreement on a 5-point Likert scale. With only 9 questions we cover all the different aspects we need for an exceptional working environment. Increased automation means that leaders can focus their time on efforts that benefit the employees and the whole company directly
