In this article, we take a much closer look into the Everything DiSC® Management Profile. As you guessed, it uses Everything DiSC® as the engine. My goal here is to deepen your understanding of the Management Profile using specific results from an actual assessment. Note: I want to add that you may have seen my previous webinar introducing the Management Profile, however we dive deeper and broader into an actual report with specific descriptions and recommendations for our participant whose name is Donna.
