WE STARTED . . . in 2021 with the understanding that criminal and civil justice requires more than what our legal institutions can offer alone. As a standalone organization, JamesM.Mediation, P.S. like any other law firm is a connector of legal professionals, parties, and stakeholders. Our mediation firm differentiates itself though through its grassroots centered approach to establishing local social justice and local resolutions based on population-centered & trauma-informed frameworks to legal research and application of Law.

OUR MISSION . . . is to ensure access to justice to all. That means we aim to reduce violence, to further dialogue and communication pathways, and to serve as an alternative to traditional litigation through legal mediation for the betterment of our communities, their case(s), and our legal justice system.
