    We are primarily a remote multi-national company and we struggle with finding ways to develop culture within the different countries we are in. Bright breaks helped us solve a lot of the problems we were having. Quick and easy classes to enable your remote team to get together and be active. There are a ton of different class instructors and difficulty levels as well.

    Engaging employees with real wellness activities that directly impact them, encouraging breaks during work so employees stay motivated and creative, and giving leaders a tool to bring teams together for group activities that help clear the mind, move the body, and/or take a step back from work and approach things differently. 7 minutes is the perfect amount of time for a break! The mixture of live breaks and on-demand breaks provides a lot of flexibility for people's individual needs and preferences, and the length and content are excellent. It's a great way to actually bring wellness into every day and encourage your employees to take breaks. This is a wonderful leadership tool as well to prioritize wellness - highly recommend taking Bright Breaks together as teams!

    Bright Breaks integrates right with your calendar, so you don't even have to think about or remember to book your breaks, they just automatically appear in empty time slots! The breaks are short, easy to do, entertaining and do exactly as they should - give you a break from work. Customer support is amazing, when needed, as the staff at Bright Breaks is top notch! I, myself, use the system on a weekly basis but we do have "power users" that use it every day. It was very easy to implement and integrate and I highly recommend it. You can do internal challenges, private breaks and incentivize your team with rewards!

    As the administrator for this benefit for the company, I found that the team supporting Bright Breaks was very professional and had a great system in place to help make the program successful. They provided monthly resource communication scripts to use, I had an assigned customer success partner to work with and had a very detailed implementation plan. It was great to have the automated breaks show up on my calendar each day based on time slots that were open. I highly recommend Bright Breaks as a corporate wellness program.

    Some days lunchtime will roll around and I will realize that I have not yet stood up. Scheduling Bright Breaks for future days, helps me plan out and organize my week. The mobile application is one of my favorite features. During the pandemic spectators were not allowed into sport facilities. During this time, I would be able to drop the kids off at their practice/games and I would join a Bright session while I waited in the car. Typically, a meditation or a breathing class. (I still do this time to time)

    One of my favorite aspects of Bright Breaks is the company behind the product. They are constantly working on the developing the product and offering new features. Very easy to use and use often. Integrated well with our company calendar.

    I can not state enough how much this platform—and its instructors and support staff—have done to improve my life. I am grateful to all of them each and every day. I go out of my way to try to evangelize because I honestly don't think there's anything better than Bright Breaks. I am so incredibly grateful my employer includes Bright Breaks in our benefits package. It's made a huge difference in my life to be able to do mini workouts, 7 minutes at a time. My fitness level has improved so much from absolutely no fitness level in the nearly 2 years I've used the platform.

    I LOVE IT!!! And my colleagues to do!!! Working in a fully remote organization Bright Breaks allows for connectivity with our colleagues. And, not leaving home as often, it is so wonderful to move right here on my computer :)

    I like the ease of use, and how it builds a sense of community between our team and other platform users. There are many options available, so there is always a break that is a good fit depending on my mood, interests, and energy levels.

    Bright Breaks has been great, the support staff are amazing and very on top of things. Each session is easy to follow and fun/relaxing. The flexibility to take breaks when I need, e.g., fit it in my busy work schedule. I can also see how everyone is doing within our company. Another feature I like about Bright Breaks is the facilitators are very engaging and some even recognize their audience.

    Bright Breaks is a simple way to do the thing we all lose track of while working...taking a Break! We all know we should move more, get up every hour and etc. but do we do it? Bright Breaks integrated with my Google Calendar is brilliant as it automatically finds a time for me to get in some heart, mind and body movement! It's statistically proven that people need to take breaks throughout their workday and that it benefits both the individual and the company. Bright Breaks makes it super easy to get the "task" done. Everyone can take 7 minutes for themselves during the day. There are no excuses, stop scrolling Insta, FB, etc, put the phone down, and take a Bright Break.

    Impressed by the customer service experience. Bright Breaks is amazing. I truly enjoy the breaks and I would recommend the platform to other employers. The diversity of the sessions is amazing. The trainers are extremely welcoming and nice. The customer service for the admins is top notch.
