NEW YORK, NY — Insightful, the workforce analytics platform leader, just released its 2025 Work Intel Wrap-Up , exposing a massive disconnect between executive AI mandates and employee execution. While 70% of CEOs expected AI to transform workflows by the end of 2025, proprietary data from Insightful reveals that ChatGPT – the world’s most recognized AI tool – ranks only #84 in actual enterprise application usage and most of its true value is buried in use cases that executives cannot see.

The report, which analyzed aggregate data from thousands of global organizations, highlights that 97% of corporate workflows remain unmapped , creating a "visibility black hole" for HR and Operations leaders.
