At Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center (formerly RCBI), we are accelerating job creation, innovation, and supply-chain readiness by equipping manufacturers of all sizes with leading-edge technologies, expertise, and training across our West Virginia centers. Through leased access to high-tech equipment—highlighted by additive manufacturing in our Design Works 3D printing labs—and our national Center of Excellence for composite materials, we provide prototyping, materials expertise, and engineering support relied on by NASA engineers and first-tier Department of Defense suppliers. Our services include workforce development, Quality Management Implementation, and customized workforce training, plus guidance in electronic networking, procurement, and accessing federal contracts. We help your organization build a just-in-time, compliant, and competitive operation through hands-on technical assistance and supplier development tailored to both sole proprietors and Fortune 500 enterprises. Each year we serve more than 300 companies and train 800+ individuals, and we’re scaling to expand regional capacity, shorten time-to-market, and strengthen DoD, government, and commercial supply chains.
