Through our Customized Training, we build short-term courses to your specifications and deliver them on-site at your facility or at our Advanced Manufacturing Centers, including semi-custom Manufacturing Fast Track options for individual employees. To accelerate shop-floor readiness, we offer free ACENet (U.S. DoD–sponsored) CNC bootcamps featuring self-paced online learning plus five-day, in-person training on mills and lathes at our Advanced Manufacturing Technology facilities in Huntington or South Charleston. Our Quality, ISO and Lean services train your teams in root cause analysis, internal auditing, LEAN initiatives and Six Sigma, with many courses available online. For scalable, on-demand development, we partner with Tooling-U SME (500+ manufacturing courses) and VelSoft (1,200+ soft- and computer-skills courses) to give your company discounted access to targeted curricula.
