Emotional Intelligence and the Project Manager

Companies are rightfully fearful that stakeholders will react unfavorably when they see unethical business practices and team members displaying negative emotions or attitudes. Some companies have tried to resolve this problem by conducting in-house workshops on customer/stakeholder interfacing, resilience, and business ethics to help team members move from old patterns, self-regulate and adapt their emotions.
