NTL OD Certificate Program - US
Our NTL OD Certificate Program is a comprehensive approach to Organization Development (OD) education. The program is structured into six courses or modules, which we refer to as "learning communities." These are distinguished by their highly experiential nature which ensures that participants gain practical, applicable knowledge that can be directly applied to their organizational roles.
Each module in the program costs $3,000, and participants have the option to register for all six modules at a discounted rate of $16,500. The full offering will be available starting with Module 1- Organization Development Theory in Practice, in November 2025 with the remaining 5 modules to follow through 2026. We also provide virtual online learning as well as traditional in-person learning options to accommodate different learning preferences.
