Participants must meet and maintain program requirements to earn a zero-dollar pharmacy copay on covered diabetic medications and supplies. The program includes unlimited access to Abacus telehealth staff. A typical Abacus client is a self-funded group with 500+ employees/1,000+ health plan members.
