The Integrated Biological Profile (IBP) gives your employees something most wellness benefits never deliver: a board-certified physician who connects all their health data and tells them exactly what to do about it. It integrates five layers — DNA, epigenetics, microbiome, bloodwork, and wearable metrics — into one physician-interpreted report and action plan per employee.

For benefits and HR leaders, this is a deployable program, not another portal. Each participating employee completes testing through our partner network, and Dr. Paul Kilgore, MD, MPH, FACP analyzes their data together — surfacing cross-domain patterns single tests miss, such as whether gut and inflammatory markers are accelerating biological aging, or what an employee's true cardiovascular risk looks like across genetics, ApoB, Lp(a), and bloodwork.
