How to Choose an Executive Coach: A Buyer's Guide for HR Leaders gives organisations a simple, repeatable way to select coaches in a market where anyone can use the title. The five-page guide covers seven questions to ask every coach, a plain-language explanation of ICF and EMCC coaching credentials, six warning signs to watch for, and a six-month engagement structure that links coaching goals to results the business already measures.
