RUTHERFORD, N.J., Nov. 3, 2026 – MentorsPro LLC, the leadership and team coaching firm founded by Daniela Aneva, has launched a free online team check for HR professionals, people managers and business leaders who want a clearer picture of how one of their teams really works.
The Schemas in Team Coaching Diagnostic, available at diagnostic.mentorspro.co, asks a leader to rate one team on 30 statements in about eight minutes. It returns an instant report across five dimensions: recognition, ownership, openness, trust and shared learning. The report shows up to two of five common team patterns, such as the silent team and the blame reflex, and offers a practical 30-day plan.
Leaders can then invite their whole team at no cost, whatever its size. Once three people have responded, an anonymous team report shows where team members agree and where they see things differently. Leaders who want to go further can book a free 30-minute walkthrough of the report with Aneva.
The check draws on Aneva's work in Schemas in Leadership and the Schemas in Team Coaching model. It is designed for reflection and development. It is not a clinical assessment and is not meant for employment decisions.
