How it works: a confidential interview with each team member, a short team survey, input from key stakeholders and one live team meeting observed. Week 5 brings a 90-minute debrief with the leader and a half-day working session where the team sees its own picture and agrees its priorities.
What you get: a Team Map showing the strengths to protect and the patterns that show up under pressure, plus three priorities the team owns.
