Leadership isn't what you do. It's what you repeat. Every leader operates from invisible templates — schemas formed long before they ever led a team — that shape which voices they trust, which conflicts they avoid, and which patterns they replay, year after year.
For HR and talent leaders, this intensive does two things: it develops your senior leaders at the source of their behaviour, and it gives your People function a framework to apply across the organization. Over four full days a week apart, participants map their leadership schemas, diagnose the ones costing them, and rehearse new patterns alongside peers of comparable scale.

Schemas in Relationship & Team — how individual patterns become team norms and culture.
Rewriting the Pattern — from insight to a personal re-authoring plan, stress-tested for Monday morning.
