She Leads

A six-month room for women carrying leadership weight — and everything else.

By the time a woman is running a function, a P&L, a team of forty, a household, and — often quietly — the emotional infrastructure of her family, she has stopped being surprised that no one is coming to save her. She has learned to lead in rooms that were not built for her voice, to be excellent without being labelled, to be warm without being dismissed, to be direct without being difficult, and to hold all of this while the boys’ club plays golf on Thursdays.

She has also learned, if she is honest, that the leadership development available to her is either built for the leader she is not (male, unpartnered, unencumbered), or so soft and self-care-oriented that it insults her intelligence. There is a room in between those two, and it is rarely available.

This is that room.

What This Is
A confidential six-month peer container for eight women in senior leadership roles, hosted by me as your coach. Twelve group sessions, three one-to-one sessions, and a body of reflective material designed for people whose lives are already full.

It is not a training program. It is not a sisterhood. It is a small, rigorous room of women who have earned their seats and want to spend six months thinking honestly about how they lead — with a coach whose job is to hear the pattern beneath what they’re describing and reflect it back with precision, and a room of peers who understand the specific weight of the answer.

Who The Room Is Built For
Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-suite women in mid-to-large organisations
Founders and managing partners running businesses of meaningful scale
Women navigating a specific inflection — a promotion, a board seat, a return from maternity, a divorce, a diagnosis, a move, a decision they haven’t been able to make
Women in male-dominated sectors — finance, technology, industry, law, medicine, private equity — where the exhaustion of proving is a daily tax
Women of every race, sexuality, and life shape, because the leadership rooms most of us occupy are still not
The room is not built for aspiring leaders or first-time managers. That work matters — it is a different room.

What Actually Changes
The container is honest about what six months can and cannot do. Typically, women leaving this program report:

Making harder decisions faster — particularly the ones about people, boundaries, and their own next move
Reading executive rooms with more precision, and choosing when to speak, when to hold, and when to leave with more intention
A calmer relationship with the specific pressures of leading as a woman — not less pressure, more space inside it
Difficult conversations they had been avoiding, held — often with partners, parents, and adult children as well as with colleagues
Clarity on the next professional move, or a decision to hold the current one with more of themselves in it
The unmistakable difference of having a small room of peers who understand, without exp
