This ICF Advanced Accredited Team Coaching (AATC) programme brings schema-informed practice into your work with teams. It is for coaches, HR business partners and L&D leaders who work with leadership and project teams.
What changes: you can spot the shared patterns that keep a team stuck, such as polite agreement, unnamed alliances and silence under pressure. You learn to contract for team work and help the team build healthier ways of working.
Format: live on Zoom. Early-bird price $2,900 until 27 November 2026, then $3,200. A plan of 4 × $850 is available. Free open houses run on 5 November, 17 November and 10 December.
