Panic disorder affects an estimated 8-10 million adults across the US and UK — many of them high-functioning professionals who will never see a therapist, but who will, at some point, sit across from a coach. Most coaches are not trained for that moment.

Working With Panic is a rigorous, evidence-based certification that changes that. Across 16 modules you learn to recognize panic and related anxiety in your coaching work, understand what is happening in body and mind, know exactly where the line sits between coaching and clinical territory, and coach with confidence, competence, and care.
This is not a wellness course. It is professional training at the intersection of coaching, neuroscience, and clinical knowledge — delivered by MCC-credentialed coach and author Daniela Aneva.

For you if you are an ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, MCC); an executive, leadership, or internal coach seeing high-functioning anxiety and burnout; a consultant or HR professional who coaches as part of your role; or a therapist who also coaches and wants a clear framework for the two. This is coaching training, not clinical training; it does not qualify you to diagnose or treat.

Format: 10 live online sessions, 4 hours each — 40 hours total — in a small cohort.
