Team Coaching Training: Schemas in Team Coaching Dynamics (20 Hours)
Teach your coaches and HR partners to coach the team as one system.
A 20-hour advanced course for coaches and practitioners who already work with teams. You learn how individual patterns become shared team dynamics, such as polite agreement, unnamed alliances and silence under pressure, and how to work with them ethically inside a clear agreement with the leader, the team and the sponsor.
Format: five Thursdays, 21 January to 18 February 2027. That is 11 hours live on Zoom plus 9 hours of guided study, with a maximum of 12 participants. It is designed to support ACTC renewal, and ICF CCE accreditation is in progress.
Price: $590 early bird until 15 December 2026, then $690.
