Insight 360 is MentorsPro's own online team 360 feedback platform. Team members and stakeholders give confidential feedback on how the team leads, decides and collaborates, and the results come together in one clear report.

How it is used: the report is the starting point for a debrief with the leader and the team, and it feeds directly into team coaching or a leadership programme, so the data turns into changed behaviour. It pairs well with individual 360s such as the GLA360.
