The 2025 Job Accommodations Employee Experience Report

With accommodations requests increasing, it’s getting more difficult for HR to navigate complex requests and still deliver a supportive employee experience. But how an employer handles a request for a job accommodation has a big impact on the employee’s relationship with their employer. For this report, we surveyed 600 full-time employees at companies with a workforce of 500 or more, who had also recently requested a job accommodation.
