On April 15, 2025, EEOC submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for “non-substantive” changes to the 2024 EEO-1 data collections. Those changes were approved by OMB on May 12th. Given the approval, it appears the 2024 EEO-1 data collection will move forward, and we anticipate this will happen quickly.
