Liz holds a BA from Yale University and a MA and Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psycholgy from the University of Maryland. She is an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Maryland's R.H. Smith Business School as well as the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. She developed and directed the highly successful Organization Development Certificate Program at Georgetown University and also taught for George Washington University's Accelerated MBA Program.
