All organisations face the challenge of embedding a culture that drives the organisation in the right direction. Core competencies that reflect corporate values can be used to shape organizational culture. When these values are clearly communicated as expectations, and “the way we do things here” , when we “inspect what we expect”, these values will be easily embedded across the organization.
