Centranum was founded in 2001 as the technical arm of an International Consulting Practice in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Our mission and purpose is to provide information technology that supports evidence based models of learning and performance in the workplace.

The platform is designed for knowledge intensive and high reliability organizations where roles and competency requirements are complex and failures must be avoided. Centranum has an international client base.

It delivers flexibility and scalability across four main solution areas - Competency Assurance, Capability Development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.

Clients choose just the modules they need. Centranum is subscription based, securely hosted on our own servers in tier 1 datacenters. A proven cost effective, easily implemented system.
