HireAbility converts CVs/resumes into useful data for applicant tracking systems, job boards/career portals, HR analytics and staffing/recruiting companies. Over the past 17 years, we have developed software (running in a SaaS model) that takes resumes/CVs (considered ‘unstructured’ documents) and job postings and reduces them to structured data (something that can easily be moved into a database). This conversion process is called ‘parsing’ using a combination of machine learning and AI techniques with an HR dataset that exceeds 700,000 elements.
