Lake Medical Imaging (LMI) operates six offices across Central Florida, serving patients in and around The Villages. With a lean HR team of just two-and-a-half staff members managing nearly 280 employees, from full-timers to PRN staff, LMI needed a modern solution to ensure that critical messages reached every employee reliably.
