Biddle Consulting Group is excited to add Brian Marentette, Ph.D. to its growing list of industry experts. Dr. Marentette began his career at BCG from 2006-2008 while completing his Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology at California State University in Sacramento. In 2008, Brian returned to academia to attend DePaul University in Chicago and complete his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology. He has worked at IO Solutions, where he consulted to the largest public-safety agencies in the United States in some of the most litigious environments to develop, validate, and defend their employee selection procedures. Dr. Marentette has also helped numerous organizations navigate their employment decisions alongside the U.S. Department of Justice to comply with Federal consent decrees resulting from discrimination in past hiring and promotional practices. Dr. Marentette remains active in advancing the field by regularly presenting at national conferences and publishing articles in academic journals.
