Traliant’s Creating Inclusive Workplaces training is a 25-minute interactive course that explores core DEI concepts, including unconscious bias, microaggressions and inclusion and belonging - offering actionable guidance to help employees contribute to a more inclusive workplace.

Guided by Mira, an AI learning assistant, employees navigate relatable workplace scenarios - such as team meetings, coffee chats and group messages - where inclusion challenges often arise. An adaptive knowledge check offers a faster path for those able to demonstrate their understanding, allowing them to "cross tasks off early" and test out of sections they've already mastered - saving time while still delivering meaningful guidance.

This course supports diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and complies with current laws and DOJ/EEOC guidance, including relevant executive orders. The course reflects existing federal, state and local laws and is focused on fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.
