Traliant’s Subtle Acts of Exclusion is a 15-minute course that helps learners recognize microaggressions – everyday comments or actions that can unintentionally impact others and harm the workplace. The course covers practical strategies to identify, avoid and effectively respond to microaggressions, fostering a more inclusive work environment for everyone.

This course supports diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and complies with current laws and DOJ/EEOC guidance, including relevant executive orders. The course reflects existing federal, state and local laws and is focused on fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.
