Traliant’s interactive, 14-minute Workplace Violence Training offers a modern, efficient approach tailored automatically to each learner through a built-in profiler that delivers the correct California or Non-California version. The course follows a story-driven experience, allowing learners to apply concepts in realistic scenarios by exploring how to recognize warning signs, apply de-escalation techniques, report concerns, and respond and intervene effectively in workplace violence incidents.

We also offer a California version (will require customization), a specialized Retail version that complies with the new New York Retail Worker Safety Act, a specialized Healthcare version, and an industry-specific Manufacturing and Industrial version.
