Disability, Pregnancy & Religious Accommodations
Traliant’s Disability, Pregnancy, and Religious Accommodations is a 40-minute course covers the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) and similar state and local laws that require employers to provide reasonable accommodations to employees and applicants. After completing the course, managers will understand how to recognize and respond to requests for accommodations. The course is kept up-to-date with changes in federal and state law.
This course is part of the Employment Law Fundamentals Certificate Program which gives managers the practical information they need to comply with the complex web of employment laws.
