We will perform a detailed analysis of current HR operation. Regulatory compliance will be assessed as it relates to EEOC, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FCRA, ERISA, DOL, ICE and others. Utilization of employment best practices and overall HR program efficiencies will also be evaluated.
• Present findings with recommended next steps.
• Includes 5 hours of consulting work for assistance in carrying out recommendations.
