A CGO HR Advisor will meet with upper management to discuss current employment
practices, gather and review existing policies and:
• Compose and include appropriate compliance statements and disclaimers
based on current labor law and employment best practices.
• Incorporate appropriate language to identify state specific compliance
requirements.
• Prepare final Employee Handbook document including electronic copy (PDF and Word) for future updates or revisions.
