Bluebridge Acquires Cadence Consulting

Press Release from 15Five

APPOINTS EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT EXPERT TODD RICHARDSON AS CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

FISHERS, Ind.—(February 10, 2016)—   Bluebridge , provider of a mobile engagement platform that powers branded, native mobile apps for businesses across all industries, today announced the acquisition of Cadence Consulting, an HR and employee engagement consulting firm. Through the acquisition, employee engagement expert Todd Richardson will join the Bluebridge team as its Chief People Officer, dedicated to strengthening the organization’s presence in the employee engagement domain, and scaling the Bluebridge internal team to support it.

Effective immediately, Bluebridge will gain nationwide network partners  and contractual reseller relationships with former Cadence Consulting customers.  Several partners—including First Person Advisors—will resell Bluebridge’s employee engagement services to clients of its own.  In addition to Richardson’s role as Chief People Officer, he will also offer his employee engagement expertise and consulting services to Bluebridge’s newest customers as part of their onboarding process.

“We spend one-third or more of our daily lives working, and I believe it’s our duty as business leaders and owners to provide an environment where all employees can find fulfillment,” said Richardson. “I’m thrilled to join and support the Bluebridge team as we grow and expand our own product line to offer an employee engagement solution that manifests strong company culture for companies of all sizes across all industries.”

Richardson was the former EVP of Administration at   ExactTarget  (acquired by Salesforce for $2.5B in 2013) and under his leadership, the company grew from 200 to 3000 employees and was consistently recognized for its company culture and its best-in-class employee engagement strategies. Its employee engagement and unique culture was cited as a differentiator in its S1 filing– the first time culture has been cited as a differentiator in any IPO filing. Richardson holds extensive expertise and thought leadership in employee engagement and will play a vital role in supporting and scaling Bluebridge as the company breaks into the employee engagement sector.

“Todd has truly dedicated his life to building strong company cultures and solving the employee engagement puzzle,” said Santiago Jaramillo, CEO and Founder of Bluebridge. “His experience growing and implementing employee engagement best practices across thousands of businesses is invaluable for the future success of Bluebridge.”
