HR Analytics has become an essential arrow in the professional’s quiver. But, where does one start? This whitepaper gives a logical and practical perspective to taking an analytic approach to reduce employee turnover. Why is it important? Personnel turnover is almost always the number one problem that assails HR executives, and we look at turnover from a cost-benefit perspective for an organization.
