MINNEAPOLIS (May 27, 2026) — Navigate Forward, a boutique career advisory firm that offers highly personalized, concierge-style coaching to executives during times of career transition and growth, announced today that it has joined Pledge 1%, a global movement to create a new normal for companies of all sizes and stages to have a positive social impact through their business. Navigate Forward is joining over 19,000 companies around the world that have committed to Pledge 1% of either their product, profit, equity, and/or staff time to charities of their choosing.

Supporting others is central to both Navigate Forward’s business and its role in the community. The firm establishes annual goals for charitable giving and volunteer service while also inviting clients to help guide its philanthropic priorities. Each year, Navigate Forward donates more than two percent of its pre-tax earnings to nonprofit organizations.
Since its founding in 2008, Navigate Forward has regularly contributed a portion of its profits and staff time to not-for-profit organizations. The firm participates in the Minnesota Keystone Program, administered by the Minneapolis Regional Chamber, and donates at least 2% of its pre-tax earnings to the community. It also offers employee match programs for its staff and executive consultants who give to charitable organizations, and celebrates every client landing by donating to their charity of choice.
As Navigate Forward continues to grow its relationships with organizations and executives beyond Minnesota, joining the global Pledge 1% movement reflects the firm’s belief that business growth and community impact should go hand in hand.
