So, who are you, really? Simple question. But, in our current world nothing is simple. How we identify ourselves seems to have taken on new meaning as we navigate the pandemic and the politics. It turns out that identity is far more powerful than we think, according to psychologists and social scientists. How we define ourselves impacts how we think.
