The pandemic came with a slew of unavoidable modifications to many aspects of our lives —- and with the help/facilitation of technology, remote working and education has become the norm. The reality is, many of us are spending more time at home - being sedentary - than what our bodies are used to. Add to that the fact that many of us are working on the “COVID - clock”, I.e., less sleep, more work, less leisure.
