But self-care isn’t confined to just one dimension – mediation/relaxation and sports are only a few of many ways of practicing self-care.\nThe beauty of the human body is that it is composed of an intricate of set of systems that harmoniously interact and work together to ensure optimum functioning in various aspects of our lives. Additionally, multiple dimensions of wellbeing exist – all of which interact and are equally important – so creating a healthy environment involves paying attention to each dimension and practicing self-care.
