About MAXIMYZ

MAXIMYZ is a social learning playground designed to enhance communication.

MAXIMYZ uses measurable gamification to maximize retention and improve communication. Managers get to choose different areas of communication training; Psychological Safety, Personality Discovery or Diversity and Inclusion.
Team members then get to play brain challenging games with each other, putting into practice what they have learnt and discovering better ways of communicating with each member.

The founders of MAXIMYZ have over 33 years of combined experience in the engineering and design fields. Being the ultimate diverse couple, coming from different cultures, religion, generation, gender and race, the owners understood the strengths of differences and how this made the couple stronger and have therefore a first hand understanding of the need for effective communication.
