Form 5500 Preparation
TASC’s Form 5500 Preparation Service provides employers with a simple, compliant, and efficient way to meet annual federal reporting requirements for Health and Welfare Benefit Plans subject to ERISA. Employers with 100 or more participants—or plans funded through a trust—must file Form 5500 and applicable schedules each year. TASC removes this administrative burden by collecting required plan data, preparing a signature-ready Form 5500, completing all necessary schedules, and delivering a Summary Annual Report (SAR) for employee distribution.
Upon enrollment, TASC provides clear instructions, a secure portal for document review and electronic signatures, and step-by-step filing guidance through EFAST2. Whether employers sponsor stand-alone plans or a bundled benefits structure, TASC ensures timely, accurate preparation aligned with IRS and DOL requirements. For organizations behind on filings, TASC also assists with late submissions through the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program (DFVC).
