ICHRA Administration
TASC’s Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) gives employers a flexible, cost-controlled alternative to traditional group health insurance. Instead of sponsoring a group plan with rising premiums and participation requirements, employers reimburse employees—tax-free—for individual health insurance premiums and eligible medical expenses. Class-based plan design allows employers to tailor allowance amounts for different workforce groups while staying fully compliant with federal rules.
TASC removes the biggest barrier in the individual market: premium administration. Rather than requiring employees to pay carriers and wait for reimbursement, TASC collects both the employer allowance and any employee share, then pays the carrier directly, preventing missed payments and reducing financial stress.
TASC’s Premium Protection feature automatically manages remaining employee premium portions when employer funding is insufficient, helping prevent coverage lapses.
All administration is centralized in MyTASC, providing automated eligibility tracking, affordability testing, compliance oversight, and an easy participant experience. Employers gain predictable costs, and employees receive more choice and stability than traditional group coverage.
