Press Release
There are three certainties in life: pets, taxes, and your health.
And somehow, April manages to celebrate all three:
National Pet Day, April 11th
Tax Day, April 15th
National Health Month, all of April
How can anyone resist telling a joke on April 1 st ?
Why did the golden retriever start a side business as a personal trainer?
He wanted to help his owner get in shape, but he also heard you could deduct your "walking expenses" as a health improvement on your taxes.
Your accountant may disagree. Your doctor probably will too.
Here's what I actually want to say though: April doesn't get enough credit as a reset button. We put so much weight on January 1st, but by February most of those resolutions are already collecting dust.
April is different. The weather shifts. The days stretch out. Something about it just makes you want to move, breathe, try something new.
So if you've been meaning to start that morning walk, book that appointment, or just slow down for five minutes a day, this is your month.
No pressure. No grand declaration. Just a small step forward.
Stay healthy. Stay well.
