Government Investigations

We assist clients with DOL investigations related to Wage and Hour and Coronavirus Protocol violations, ICE investigations related to proper completion of I-9s, and EEOC Charges of discrimination, harassment or retaliation. We will ensure that:

- The investing agency follows procedures and that investigation findings conform to agency policy and the law,

- Coverage, exemptions, and status of compliance have been properly considered,

- Back wages and/or civil money penalties have been correctly computed and/or assessed,

- Where warranted, negotiating the reduction of back wages and/or penalties assessed.
