We've been helping businesses for over 17 years nationwide. We know HR, we know labor & employment law, and we understand your industry. Each of our consultants has an advanced degree and at least ten years of experience in HR and labor and employment law compliance. This marriage of theory and practice is critical to our strategic approach. Combined, our consultants have over 100 years of hands-on problem-solving expertise behind them. That's a lot of problems and even more solutions.

Our staff has the depth of experience and skill to handle all of your HR needs. Our many years of combined experience with employment law compliance has taught us the importance of paying attention to details and anticipating potential issues before they arise.

We believe every client is unique and deserves personalized service. You will be interacting with our Tier-One consultants. You will never deal with HR generalists who have little experience of compliance, or that will pass you on to someone else.

You will have access to our mobile phone numbers and emails so that you may reach us directly at any time. If one of us is not available, one of the other Senior Consultants on our team will respond timely to your calls and have answers to your concerns.
